Mrs Elaine Walters is an author and community drug educator who has concentrated on working with families affected by illegal drug use. Her Australian experience, complemented by studies under a Churchill Fellowship, took her to many parts of the world and established her as one of Australia’s foremost authorities on street drugs especially marijuana.
